Anna, if you google "data validation list", you should get plenty of information to help you. You may also get some information if you type that search term into the search field above. Please don't think I'm suggesting you don't use the forum as a useful resource, but when there is so much information available already on the subject, it seems a pity for someone to have to start typing it up again.
