Hi there,

What I want to do should be simple but I can't figure it out without Excel giving me an error message. On the top row of my spreadsheet I have a benchmark score, and below that I have a list of people with scores. What I want to do is highlight the score cell if the score is less than the benchmark in the top row. So for example for Person 1, in column H it should highlight this cell as their score of 0 is less than the benchmark of 1. Obviously I can create a conditional format formula for every cell on the spreadsheet but what I am showing is just a small sample of what I need to do so it would take forever!

Thanks for your help in advance!
