Filtering some data for a project

Hello. I've been trying for two days to figure out how to filter this data but I've had no luck.

The criteria I need to use is

    Points value higher than 10
    Money owed greater than $8000.

How do I filter the names of the people that match the above criteria if the tables they're loacated in a far apart from each other?(9 and 12 cells respectively)

    Any help is much appreciated!

Have you looked into conditional formatting? Plus Excel has a filter option that would be helpful. See here for conditional formatting and here for filtering.

Been trying that for ages but the thing is that it has to be filtered to another area of the worksheet, which i've fiddled around with as well but still to no avail.
