Conditional Formatting - Resource profiling by %

    Hi All,

I'm new here and a bit of an excel novice.

I have created a resource profile tracker that has about 450 resources in. I need a formula that will show if a resource is over (highlight red) or under allocated (highlight yellow) for each person.

for example in Row 3 John Smith is maximum allocated 50% of his time to my Programme (shown in cell D3) cells E4 to P4 show his add up time by month from other cells to all the projects in my programme, I want the formula to show if he is over (red) or under (amber) allocated by month but as long as his status in C3 is Active.

The I need to do that for the other 449 resources, I can work the formula for 1 row but if I copy the formulas down or format all cells E2 to P7 for each of the other resources then they always look to row 3 for the maximum allocated time and this will not work as not everyone is 50%?

    Please help

    Thanks
