Why bother creating "EXIT, SAVE and SAVE AS" buttons when they already exist on the ribbon ?

Hi!
We are working on a workbook that is getting packed up with many sheets. So I'm doing a Menu with hyperlinks buttons.
My problem is, that I would like to create a button in tool bar to take me to the Main Menu, which I can do in every sheet. But it would be easier if I can place it in any toolbar, or ribbon o custom ribbon but I do not know how to do it.
Can anyone help me?
