    You do like complicated formulas! I have simplified them, and added a bit of colour. (Who says accountants are dull?) The orange is where you are completing the task from the line above that was started yesterday.
    You seem to have run out of steam in the time intervals after 15:00 (or is that when they do not work very hard? ) I have amended it.
    You say "Btw - D1,D2 etc" - I have assumed that this refers to D12, D13 etc. I got confused here, so used an easier (for me) formula.

    Let me know if I have missed anything
