Create a folder and share the folder

I need to create a folder and share it. Can someone help me with a sample in vba code. I am a total beginner and rely on this forum. Can I get help immediately. Further, it is required that I have to set permissions and then copy the folder.

Can someone help me correct the code .I cannot share the folder . I lll use the D drive since sharing in C:// is throwing error as access denied. I am a beginner and rely on this forum. Looking for help
