    Help with Group Sort

    I have the following data...TREVOR.xlsx

    How would I sort by "Cost per Customer" without messing up my data and keeping the names in groups?

    I need to find the top 10, and bottom 10 customers based on volume and sales. HELP PLEASE! )

    welcome to the forum.
    Are you applying sum function manually in column J?
    Try using subtotal feature for this.

    Also for sorting purpose, see the green column and now you can sort basis this new column
