Conditional Formatting on a sheet with many rules

Dear All,

I have a sheet where there are 3 rules applied using conditional formatting based on the below:

1) Next Week
2) Tomorrow
3) This Week
4) Today

When the date selected is supposed to be in this week and tomorrow, how do i make the 'Tomorrow' rule apply first?
For my sheet, the 'This Week' rule seems to be overriding the other rules.

I have tried using the 'Stop If True', but how do i apply it to make it work?

in the CF window, move that rule to the top (click it, then click the up arrow). Then check the "stop if true" box
