Hi, I have almost 6000 records, (see file attached), it contains first diagnostic codes in column a, second in column b, and third in column c. If the rows are the same (i.e. all three diagnostic codes match), then I want to border the data ('outside borders'), because I have so many records is there a quick and easy way to do this?

Does this work for you? Note that if you really want to distinguish these rows, I would suggest you change the color as well.
There isn't any data in your file that matches your criteria so I made row 10 match.
