Smile Conditional display of data with 2 pieces of logic - supplier price and stock availability

    Hi Everyone,
I am sure there is such an easy solution to this, but it's giving brain strain, argghhh.

We have a sheet that has these example content in:

SKU Supplier Supplier Code Purchase Price Stock Availability Selling Price

    123 A 4464DL 20.36 5 30.00
    123 b 776 10.50 0 15.00
    123 c ddm123 18.50 10 20.00

It is the supply of products and we need to show only the row that shows a supplier that a) has stock availability and also b) is the cheapest.
In this case, it would mean that the 3rd row (£20, supplier C) would show.

We then import this into a shopping cart which is a seperate thing, but will just export as a CSV which is all ok from this end.

Has anyone got any ideas on how we can do this? We are not sure whether the other rows need hiding, or a filter of some sort could be used, but the 2 conditions will need to be applied so that we only end up with 1 price (cheapest supplier that has stock).

I'm sure it is a simple solution, but the brain is on meltdown at the moment.

    Any help greatly appreciated,

    Regards,
    Paul

I would try filtering out those with stock availability = 0, then filter for top 10 in selling price, but only filter the top 1 (it'll give you the option).

If you actually want to hide rows automatically, then that's another matter and would probably require a macro, but there's a forum for that too
