Balance Returns to Zero

I was wondering if there's a way that when you enter a digit in a new column in cell c6 the remaining balance returns to zero in c3, only.

this looks like a budget tool, I would suggest that you just repeate the Monthly Income, Expenses and Remaining Balance in each month columns so you can track how expenses fluctuate. you can even use spark graphs that show you the relative change over time of the expenses that each category represent
