I need help creating a spreadsheet in Excel which shows the below:
For a beef jerky production.
"So lbs in the bag, out of the bag, trim,
what went into the cooker, waste, total
yield in lbs."
I need help with this:
"I then want to be able to
trace it to how many packages and when
it is packaged for each week. So meat
cooked on Friday, but packaged on Monday
would be recorded in the 1st week."
