Using dropdown menu to filter table, possible?

Hi all,

I just had a quick question (hopefully) with an excel sheet i'm working on for a project. Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated!

I have attached the working workbook which should make it easier. In the 'Context' sheet essentially, i have a situation where the user selects x land use for an area (cell e7) from a data validation drop down list. It is my intention to then have the text which the users selects filter a table below based on same text (table range E45:R306).

This is a sheet going out to nontechnical users so just trying to make questioning as simple as possible.

Had a look around there with advanced filters, and simple macros but cant get it working.

Any help would be great guys.
