Autofilter on two rows

Hi all,

I was just wondering if it was possible to use autofilter on more than one row at the same time? Or have something that has the functionality of autofilter on two rows at the same time?

I have attached an example file.
I would like to use the filter function on row 1 for Department and Member but also use it on row 11 for Project.
