Cross Check Information in Two Spreadsheets

I have two spreadsheets with lists of prospects. One is smaller (About 450ish cells) and the other is much larger (2500ish cells). I completed the smaller sheet (I input information such as last called on, who they are assigned to, etc.) several months ago, and just recently received the larger list. In order to avoid double work, is there a way for me to pull in the info from my completed spread sheet? Thanks!

Is there one value that is unique for each record? If so, you can use the VLOOKUP function to fill in the missing values.

I could use the name for a unique record. However, I feel like there must be an easier way then using the VLookUp function for all 450 records. Thanks

vlookup is a really easy and common way to deal with your issue. I'm not sure there is an better method for what you discribed.
