How to display certain criteria only

Hi all,

Please see attached 'sample' player list. I am trying to figure out on how I can only display the different playing positions on their seperate tabs, but have these tabs more of a viewer. Changes will only be made in the main list.

I dont know if Im clear enough but hopefully Im understood
