Remove Suffiex Dr Cr and make positive number having suffiex Dr and - for Cr

Sir, i want to Remove All Dr. and Cr and want to make a number positive which are having Suffiex Dr and Negative which are having Suffiex Cr.

Kindly help me. Example file is attached herewith.
