Can't Paste

I have a workbook with many sheets. I can copy anything from any sheet to another sheet except for one. When I copy anything from any sheet and try to paste it or even do a paste special values onto one sheet in particular, Excel doesn't give me any paste option. Ctrl-V doesn't even do anything. Even when I copy a column or row from another sheet to insert into this one particular sheet, it inserts the column or row but has no data in it.

HELP! What have I changed in Advanced Options that would cause that? I suspect that because I was trying some things there to restrict users. Apparently I restricted myself.

When I copy two pages to a new book, (one that works and the one that does not), it works properly. So I guess I can't.
