Copying data between sheets based on unique ID's

Hi, I decided to join this forum as I am working with Excel a lot more and I am still learning. I am trying to copy data from a sheet and insert it into another sheet based on a unique ID.

I know virtually no VB so can you help please.

You might not need to use VBA - this kind of thing can be done with formulae as well. Post an example workbook (the FAQ describes how to) and explain what data you want to copy across.

Please find my attached sheet I have 10,000 records in total so I need to get this right.

The unique ref is shown on both sheet Network Bandwidth and Sites and is the Site ID, this is what I want to copy using shown on the site sheet hightlighted in green.

The data I want to copy is from the Network Bandwidth Sheet colum H 17 Lat and Coloum 18 Lang to sheet Sites shown highlighted in yellow with green writing.
