Sheet Protection

When I protect a worksheet before I distribute it, it lets me restrict the user from inserting or deleting rows but not moving cells. I have other workbooks that reference this sheet and if a user can move cells within the unprotected range of cells, I'm afraid my model can get corrupted.

How can I restrict them from moving any cell within an unprotected matrix in a protected sheet?

By "moving any cell", do you mean cut - paste of the cell to other location in that sheet ? thanks.
