Excel Solver Problem - I've never used it

hi All - I have a problem and think I would like to experience using solver to help me solve this:

given 1000 acres of land, and that 75% of its is pasturable - I want to maximize the numbers of cows that can be on it.

There can be a max of 1 cow per 2 acres

And we need 1 bull per 3 acres

The ratio of bulls to cows is 1 bull per 30 cows

how many cows and how many bulls can we have in total for the 750 acres?

What do you mean?

I have 750 acres

I want to maximize the number of cows for the 750 acres

For every 30 cows I need 1 bull

Each cow neeeds 2 acres to graze and each bull needs 3 acres to graze

Thanks Oeldere - If I understand this correctly - If I was to assume 1 bull per 2 acres, instead of 3 - I'd get 360 cows and 12 bulls correct?
