I would like to have a circle that changes color (red, yellow, green, blue) with value inputted and have the circle say a word(s) respective to the color (behind, caution, on track, ahead).

I don't have any background in Visual basic or programming at all, so any help would be appreciated. This is for my job and I'm completely lost.
