how to get rid of auto fill option icon? the icon stuck there after using auto fill option. please see picture below for more info. thanks

How to prevent autofill options from reappearing
To prevent the paste options, the auto fill options, and theinsert options from appearing, follow these steps, as appropriate for the version of Excel that you are running.
Microsoft Office Excel 2007(I think 2010 has the same format)
1.Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Excel Options.
2.Click Advanced.
3.Under Cut, copy, and paste, use one or both of the following procedures:
◦To turn off Paste Options and Auto Fill Options, click to clear the Show Paste Options buttons check box.
