hey all,

I'm developing a list of streets under various stages of construction for a town, and as such their will be much moving around from various portions of the list as certain criteria are met. rows being added and deleted, new streets being added, etc. my problem is the cell border formatting im using to make the table is messed up every time a row is added/removed, that is, the bottom row of a page is either pulled up one or pushed onto the next page, messing up the border of the page. is there any way to create a standard "Table" format for a page, that maintains its formatting as rows are added/deleted from it? it is very tedious fixing the formatting every time a streets current status changes, and several people are likely to be editing this worksheet.
