Decrease Decimal

Hi. The shortcut for decrease decimal is Alt-H-9, but that only does it once. Let's say I would like to decrease the decimal 4 times, is there a way to do this without clicking Alt-H-9 four times (I also don't really want to hit control-1 and change formatting) Thanks.
