Relating 2 columns in excel so that finding the maximum of the first, gives you the other?

    Here's the image: http://s4.postimg.org/44lx41jy5/halp.png

Help. So basically, I have a few values. They're numbered(1 to 6). After finding the maximum value, in the C column, could I somehow point out that it's number 4 in the A column? 32 is my biggest value, and I want to say that it's the 4(as in the 4th value) as tabulated in column A. Is there a function that will allow me to do that without hardcoding? This is for something much bigger. The original 100s of numbers going down vertically, thank you.
