Find employees available to work this shift?

schedule.xlsxI am looking for a fairly easy way to find employees who are available to work a certain hour of a certain day without manually filtering. I'd like to attach some method to a macro but I can't figure out a method. Lookup? Index? Pivot table? Advanced filtering? Ideally I could ask the sheet for employees available on Wednesday at 5:30 for example. I'm novice but technical ... just don't know insanely advanced formulas.
