Group Companies and Identify the ones that have buyer and seller

See attached. I have the company name numbered off in sequence but I am trying to group the same company together and then identify the companies that have BOTH a Buyer and Seller transaction. I was thinking of writing a formula next to it that might be able to identify the group of same company and then identify if out of that group it has both buyer and seller and put a "1" and if not then a "2" and later i can filter to display the "1". Can anyone help with this or propose an easier method please????

It actually needs to list it by each transaction with all the details. I pretty much just want to display the transactions with both buyer and seller (grouped by company) and hide/delete all of them that might have just buyers or just sellers. Volume is irrelevant (probably should have taken it out)

I would use a pivot table.
See attached. Took about 30 seconds to set up and identified that only Company 1 and 7 have both a buyer and a seller.

Great this is a good identifier and could be a solution. Thanks, However I need it to be listed by how it is layed out with details so I can dump this data into a report. Any ideas?
