    Rearranging Data

    I am not very good when it comes to this kind of thing with excel, however I am wanting to compile a spreadsheet from a report generated by Crystal Reports that has been exported to excel format as shown in sheet 1 of the attached example. I need to compile it in the format shown in sheet 2 without having to manually enter it (as there is approx 3000 records). Can this be done?

    Kind of brute force but it will work as long as your report is ALWAYS as the one shown. This kind of macro is very sensitive to report variations. But usually, you can trust the constant behavior of those software.
