It only adds a day when dragging, is there a way to change it to the month?

if you put both of those dates in, high-light them both and then drag down, it should give you the next date as 03/01/13

If the first date is in cell A1, in A2 enter =EOMONTH(A1,0)+1 and drag that cell down.
