Data auto fill from sheet2 and sheet3 to sheet1

You need to explain more clearly which columns in Sheet3 you need to get data from, and how these relate to Sheet1.

i m really very sorry, pete. But my english is not very good.
I have already put the comment on each cell, where i want to get data from sheet2 or sheet 3.
Please refer only sheet1, where i have remark comment. and whatever u understand in that workbook. Pls input some data or comment on cell. So, i'll try to understand u.

In E6 you have this comment: From sheet3 (F column), which is fine. But in F6 you have this: From sheet3, so I don't know which column this data is meant to come from as I don't see the same column title, i.e. Total COD KG in Sheet 3.

Also, where is D6 meant to get its data from?

I have finished this apart from these queries, so get back to me as soon as you can to resolve them (you did say that you wanted it urgently).

A- Get data from sheet 3.... Sheet 3 is water tanker data, and cod, bod etc is its parameter for testing water.... If we found all data in row then its a tested water tanker (so if tested water tanker then sheet1 columnD is 1 ) and if raw is empty in sheet3 (pls refer sheet3 row 110) then in sheet 1 data was put as zero

also refer in sheet1 C2 C3 C4 cell. That is most important and its concern with those data.

Now, my remaining query is...
1. In sheet1, Column A, Blue colored Area- i want here sr. no. like 1 2 3 4 ...... not sheet3's sr.no.
2. Can you add year 2011 and 2012 into sheet1 cell D4 ?
3. Most Important : In Sheet1 if i choose customer name :Famycare Ltd. Month : January Year : 2012...... then i get result as actual as sheet4 (sample)

So, could you make the sheet1 as like as sheet4 (sample)?

It is very confusing as your Sr.No. differ for each sheet. I think you want to match on date and time in Sheet3, but these are not all in the correct order. It would be better to have some unique reference which is common to Sheet2 and Sheet3, like the Manifest - is this possible for you to incorporate?

Okay, file attached. It matches your sample sheet in all but 5 rows.

The problem is that your date/times on Sheet3 are not unique. I've marked in red where five of them are duplicates, and the formulae pick up the first instance of a date/time as there is nothing else to distinguish between them. There are other duplicate date/times on Sheet3 that I have not marked - just the ones relevant to the sample sheet.

You need to introduce something which will make the records in Sheet3 unique, like the manifest number, or the client name.

Okay, finished now - Sheet1 matches your Sample sheet exactly.

The formulae on Sheet1 have been copied down to row 80, but you may need to copy them further if you have more data to be displayed. Also, if you add more data to Sheet2, copy the formula in column J beyond it to ensure that you are not missing any data. Sheet3 and the Sample sheet can be deleted if you wish.

There is conditional formatting applied to cells D9:I80, to show blue if it is an empty tanker - one of your attachments showed this.

If you don't want that then highlight all those cells, click on Conditional Formatting then Clear All.
