Worksheet protection password

Hi all
I have a protected worksheet that I have forgotten the password of.Is there any way that I can reset it or am I stuck ??

Hi Philip,

There are some commercial services available which you can use.. search internet for this.

Also, asking for password breakers are not allowed - hope you did'nt meant that
