Create dynamic dependent drop down menus

I need the drop down menu to update when the user adds a new entry. For example, if the user decides to add companies to the financial table, no matter how many new rows they add, our drop down menu at the top will update to include the new the entries. I want this to be the case in every table. How do I do this?

Turn your data into tables.

Example, On the Financial table >> select B22:F34 >> now select Ctrl + T >> Check -- My table has headers >> OK

Now when you place your cursor in F34 and hit tab a new row is added and whatever you place in the new B35 will be added to the drop down menu.

The keyboard shortcut for table does not work on a mac. How do I do this with a mac?
