I have a list of customers with multiple email addresses which I use to send eDMs to them using Publisher.
How do I input the 2 or more email addresses in to a single cell in excel so that when I use the data in Publisher to email merge, it captures the email addresses without having to create another duplicate customer data.
I have tried placing 'comma' to separate the email addresses but error message appears to have the 'commas' changed to 'semi-colon'. When I change them, error message appears again but this time without any suggestion to change the separator.
Each email field looks like this:
mrjohnsmith@gmail.com; mrsjohnsmith@gmail.com
admanscott@ymail.com; admanscotthome@ymail.com
