lock data together

My tables consist of Last name, first name, Concatenate formula and then work information. I want to lock the name information together to insure that it never gets mixed up. Is there a way that i can lock cells together so that when they move through the tables they stay constant.

Convert the data area to a table. This will keep all rows synchronised.

Highlight all your data, press Ctrl+T and answer truthfully about headers

Should you wish to change back for some reason, highlight all data again, right click and select Table > Convert to Range
