How to take out the numbers which is after sign (^) and before sign (/) in text

Please solve below query asap.

Kevin Appleyard ^1/1 ^1/2 ^1/3

In above mentioned text (whole text should be in a excel sheet cell), i want to take out the only number (in red mentioned in text) which is after sign (^) and before sign (/). But, this number should be from last bunch (^1/3), so in this case, number would be 1. I tried using right, left functions with len and find functions but no result.

Also, find attached excel sheet for reference.

So, please help me out.
