[help] problem with tab delimeter in one coloumn

hello friends, ive got an issue of my data in excel, theres some file that have tab delimeter in one coloumn, attached, so when i import it with sql / spss/sas with tab delimeter it conflict with tab delimeter in those coloumn... can i just convert it with file automatically , because i cant do it manually due to a lot of data..

at this time i try to do it manually, from like this :

hope i can find the solution in here, thank you so much...
