    Moving information

Hello I have a report that did not pull columns the way that I need them. I am putting together a report that shows different employee information horizontally by employee. However when I pull the information from our applicant tracking systems it pulls some of the information vertically and some horizontally. Please see example below:

Jane Doe 25 years old 00 G Street
    Washington DC
John Smith 30 years old 32 G Street
    Washington DC

Based on this example what I am trying to do is move the washington DC to the column next to the street address, therefore creating one row per employee. Is this possible? Any assistance would be greaty appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Stacey

    Hi Stacey

The answer to your question is, Yes it is possible.
The best way can only be established by seeing the context of your data, hence jraj1106's request for a sample file
