Excel text box question.

When I get a order from email I copy the name and address from the email to excel text box on my invoice.
The problem is when I copy name and address from excel to my shipping program it doesn’t recognize it because excel adds squares between lines. why does excel do that? How can I stop it?

I use a program called shiprush for shipping this program recognizes address copied to the clipboard and auto populates the form.
