I'm attaching a spreadsheet. For anyone who can help, click on the "Alternative" tab. Is there any way to sort cells B3 through K11, considering the B,C,K & J columns are not filled with data like the other columns are?

It definitely is. Highlight range of B3:K11, then sort. You can select the column(s) you want to sort by.
EDIT: you never specified how you wanted the data sorted, but I now realize the issue you have.
It is always a good idea to have the columns filled for every entry, especially if you may need to sort your data. As you have figured out, if you tried to sort this, you would have no association between the tracks and the albums.
To solve this I highlighted B3:C11, and then "Find & Select" - "Go To Special" - "Blank Cells" and inserted the formula "=B3", and hit "CTRL-ENTER". You can then copy and paste values and you will have the info on all of the rows. You'll have to do the same for J3:J11.
You can then sort first by column C, and then by Column D.
