Calendar task list

Hi

Hope someone can help me with.
It should be pretty simple for Excel gurus

I would like to have an excel template that has monthly tasks assinged to individuals throught the year that graphically will show if the task is complete, late, in progress, etc,..
I am sure there is something out there I can use?
