Hi everyone!

I am trying to see if something is possible with Excel and after reading some of the threads on the forum this morning I am quite sure it's possible I just need some help from all you experts!

I have a file called "Shift Handover Template". We need to save the file twice per day (One for Day Shift & one for Night Shift) to a specific location on our network drive. I would like to be able to save the file as either;

"Shift Handover DAYS dd/mm/yyyy" or "Shift Handover Nights dd/mm/yyyy"

Depending on the time of day can the code be adapted to recognise either DAYS or NIGHTS in the file name. And additonal to that can we control the point it saves to. For example if we have a folder for 2013. Can subfolders be created as each month starts to allow all the files from that month to be saved to that folder. And so on.....

I am really new to Excel but I have been playing with Macros this morning with code from different sources and I am heading in the right direction I just thought this would be a perfect place to start!
