Display Age categories for club road runners

Hi,

I have a workbook for calculating club runners ages based on the date that they ran a race. The columns display Name, D.O.B, (calculated) Age based upon race date & Gender (M/F).

I would also like to display a column identifying their age category for that race.

I have the categories listed on a separate worksheet as follows:

Male
U11B
U13B
U15B
U17M
U20M
SM20-24
SM25-29
SM30-34
SM35-39
VM40-44
VM45-49
VM50-54
VM55-59
VM60-64
VM65-69
VM70-74
VM75-79
VM80-84

Female
U11G
U13G
U15G
U17L
U20L
SL20-24
SL25-29
SL30-34
VL35-39
VL40-44
VL45-49
VL50-54
VL55-59
VL60-64
VL65-69
VL70-74
VL75-79
VL80-84
