Question How to copy a conditional format as an ACTUAL format?

    Hi,

I want to copy a group of cells that have a conditional format (e.g. background color for cells if a condition meets) and paste only the format, but not keep the conditional format rules.

For example, I have 3 columns in a table,
[Product Name]...... [Last Year Sales]...... [Current Year Sales]...... [Comparison]
Product1...... 100,000...... 90,000...... (The backgrond color of [Comparison] becomes red when [Last Year Sales] < [Current Year Sales])
    ... ... ... ...

If I only copy/paste the column [Product Name] and the column [Comparison] to another spreadsheet, how to keep the red background color for the cell of [Comparison] for "Product1"?

    Thank you in advance.

You can use copy paste special->value for cells in [Product Name] and use normal copy paste for the colors.
