hello .. I need help, I need to have a tab or tabs color change when a value in a certain cell is a certain value.. 4 possible values, 4 different colors.

Im stumped.. But I know it can be done.. Soo I am consulting you experts out there!!

the worksheet the value is on is "ScoreCard" and the cell that contains the formulated answer is cell "D19" and as of now the various tabs to turn colors should be referenced as sheet1,sheet2,sheet3,sheet4
