Making sections of a large worksheet appear dynamically in other worksheets?

I am using Excel 2007 and have a very long worksheet with 100's of columns. Instead of constantly hiding columns and scrolling like a mad man, can I have parts of my large worksheet appear in another worksheet in realtime (i.e when I change the main worksheet it automatically changes the other worksheet)? More specifically and for some context, each row of the worksheet is a unique customer. Each column identifies some feature/property of the automobile that the customer owns.

Customer ID First Name Last Name Auto Manufactorer Auto Model Auto Year Auto Tire Type Auto Engine Size Auto Brake Pad Models Auto Mileage Auto Engine Oil Type Auto Last Service Date Auto Recommended Next Service Date Auto Last Oil Change Date .....
    000001 John Smith Honda Civic 2003 165/55/15 2.4L Ceramic X 125000 Synthetic August 13, 2012 December 13, 2012 September 3, 2012 ....
    000002 Bob Macord Toyota Corolla 2007 165/55/15 1.8L Stock 54000 Regular Junet 27, 2012 October 27, 2012 July 3, 2012 ....

Anyway, the columns go up into the hundreds.

Without having to hide columns, can I make columns A,B,C,D,E, and F appear in a second worksheet labelled Basic Information? Then have column Z, AA, AB, AC and AD appear in another separate worksheet labelled "Contract Information"?

I essentially want a snapshot of certain sections of the worksheet because only some of the information is relevant to certain people that are using the workbook. For the most part I am will be doing this for printing purposes and making it easier for certain employees to only see relevant information to their job (i.e I want the billing department to only see the customer name, address and total invoice amount columns in a separate worksheet).

What I have tried so far is using the "camera tool". It takes a snapshot of a section and I can see that section in another worksheet in realtime. This works okay, but the only problem is that when ever we add a large amount of new customers the table grows vertically and the snapshot window does not pick up the new additions because it is outside of the defined window. I could enlarge the snapshot window when ever we add new customers but I was hoping for something more automatic. I can always resort to this method if no solution comes about.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

One option is to copy and then choose Linked Picture under Paste Special.

Since you're familiar with the camera tool, check out this example:

Re: Making sections of a large worksheet appear dynamically in other worksheets?

    WHER,

Thanks for the reply and sample sheet, but one thing I noticed is that it only takes a snapshot of the last 5 or 6 rows of data. It does not keep the records above this. Basically, every new row of data replaces a row from the top of the snapshot--the last 6 rows are the snapshot. This is fine for taking snapshot of new data, but is there a way to do this AND keep a snapshot of the existing data--essentially the snapshot window grows with the new data and keep the existing data as well?

Maybe I am missing something in the samplesheet?
