Creating a Dashboard using multiple worksheets

I have about 4 worksheets of data in one workbook that I need to turn into a simple dashboard. None of the data is external. It's all internal from the worksheets. how do i link these worksheets to create a nice looking dashboard. Everything on the web has shown me how to link with external data. Please help asap.

    Thanks!

I recently built a dashboard using "COUNTIFS" The only catch is that your dashboard must be located in the same workbook as the other worksheets, or else each sheet has to be open while calculating the formula.

Here's the workbook and a sample picture. I just need it to be simple and clean. Good enough to show work colleagues. Thanks!

Plunsford, can you explain a little more the "COUNTIFS" formula? the dashboard will be in the same workbook.
