How can I protect a spreadsheet so that users can't duplicate and sell on?

I've come up with an idea for a spreadsheet
I'll get this developed and then want to sell

I wanted to know what the best ways of protecting the spreadsheet were
What options are there?

It's really important to keep the spreadsheet usable

What I'd really really like to to somehow stamp or watermark the spreadsheet
So that a 2nd or 3rd or 4th party receiving will see that the spreadsheet belongs to 'ABC Limited'
Is this possible?

I'd also add, I'm OK if whatever methods used protect from 99% of users
I realise that there will always be some who can hack and manipulate

In the following sheet I did the following

1) Selected all cells.
2) Opened "Format Cells", selected the "Protection" tab, and then deselected "Locked"
3) In cell B2 (my copyright), I returned to the "Protection" tab in "Format Cells" and selected "Locked"
4) Went to File > Info > Protect Workbook and gave the user permissions to do everything except "Select Locked Cells"

I believe this gives you what you want.
