How to create a list of words that appear in a spreasheet

I have a spreadsheet which has a list of titles in one column.
I would like to create a list of all the words that appear in the column.
I can't seem to find a way to do this, help.
Once I have this list I want to count how many times each word appears.

Create a pivot table with data in your row label and count of data as your value field.
Upload sample data if you face challenge. thanks.

Can you post an example file showing how your data is laid out? The FAQ describes how to attach a file to your post in detail, but basically you click on Go Advanced while composing a post, then scroll down to Manage Attachments and click it, then Add files, Select files, navigate to your file and double-click it, Upload Files, then Done and Submit Post.

How many titles are you likely to have in total?
